I started reading it because my friend was all over it, but I abandoned it immediately。 It is one of the many unsustainable diets that are good for people with specific health problems, not for the general public。 Too many rules, too many restrictions, it is not sustainable and it could lead to orthorexia。 I believe in the thermodynamic laws that explain energy balance and macro composition。 Then, of course, if you have a condition or are stressed, this might contribute to weight loss or gain。

Well, I did not lose twenty pounds in four weeks。 But, I did lose eleven and felt better than I have in years。 Many of the things I learned I have continued since。 I plan to do the plan again, using the app, every six months to give me a boost。 I even asked questions of Haylie on Instagram and she answered me。 I felt like she really cares about helping people be their best。 Love it!

I bought this book and followed her plan about 3 years ago because I was having an issue with food allergies。 Lost 15 pounds and felt incredible。 Completely reset my metabolism and solved all of the gastro issues I had been having prior。 I maintained the weight loss。 I found many of the recipes delicious and easy to prepare。 Highly recommend。
